Michael Muir is responsible for the day to day running of the cookery school and the catering business. With a degree in Hospitality Management, his considerable experience in the food industry is matched by his enthusiasm and love of food.
Rachael McQuaid has extensive experience as a pastry chef having spent time with Gary Rhodes at the Greenhouse in London. She also worked at Bibendum, then at the 2 Michelin star restaurant, The Square.
The cookschool offers regular AGA workshops to the AGA network, focusing on how to achieve maximum versatility of the AGA. Michael is an approved, independent AGA demonstrator and is experienced at training people to cook.
