The programmes are well structured to suit the needs of each group, whatever the level of skill. All our programmes include hands-on cooking and demonstration. Group size varies from 6 - 20. The smaller group allows for one-to-one tuition throughout the day. The larger group provides an excellent opportunity for team building and networking.
